About Tower Beach Club
Located on the North end of Santa Clara Point in Mission Bay, Tower Beach Club is an open-air facility with a massive beachfront patio and even larger beachfront lawn.
Who May Attend?
What's Required?
MC Parents for Prom are limiting this event to the first 185 Mt. Carmel High School Seniors to sign up. Unfortunately, there will be no +1 allowed.
School Affiliated?
Face mask and Mt. Carmel Student ID is required at event entry. Please make sure the name and student number on your MC student ID match the information during your purchase.
Coat Check?
NO! Diamonds and Moonlight is not affiliated with Mt. Carmel High School, MC ASB, or any MC club. This event is hosted by of a collective of MCHS Senior parents.
A monitored coat check will be available and accessible to attendees throughout the evening.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Conduct:
If at any point we believe you may be under the influence or in possession of any illegal substance, drugs, alcohol, vape, e-cigarettes, etc... we will notify a parent/guardian/police and you will be removed from the event without a refund.

Harassment, bullying, intimidation, and/or insinuations that are hurtful or interfere with any other attendee’s experience or participation are unacceptable behaviors.
Examples of unacceptable behavior include but are not limited to the following:

Demeaning, discriminatory or harassing behavior or speech, including but not limited to personal insults.

Fighting of any kind will get all parties involved removed without refunds.

Inappropriate physical contact; you should have someone’s consent before touching them.

Unwelcome sexual attention, including sexualized comments or jokes, inappropriate touching, groping, or sexual advances.

Deliberate intimidation, stalking or following.
-
Wearing or displaying sexually explicit or violent material.
-
Violence, threats of violence, or violent language directed against another person or group.
-
Possession of dangerous or unauthorized materials such as explosives, firearms, weapons or similar items.

Bullying including repeated verbal abuse; verbal, non-verbal or physical conduct of a threatening, intimidating or humiliating nature.

Theft or inappropriate removal or possession of property.
-
Use, distribution, sale, or transfer of illegal drugs.
-
Any other illegal activity or forms of harassment not covered above.

Any ejection/removal from the event will be without a refund.

COVID Protocol:
Tower Beach Club is currently up to date with state, county, and city guidelines. Face masks are REQUIRED in order to enter the facility.

Re-Entry:
There will be NO re-entry into the prom. Once you enter the facility and check-in, you are prohibited from leaving and re-entering the facility.

Identification:
You must provide your student ID in order to gain admittance to the Prom.
​
Dress Code:
The event is a traditional formal prom and we ask that you adhere to traditional formal prom attire.

By participating in any events planned and controlled by MC Parents for Prom Collective (MCPFP), you agree to the following:

MCPFP events are provided with no special warranty either express or implied. The Organizers, including but not limited to the Committee Members, Advisory and Sponsors, of MCPFP events assume no liability for any loss, theft, damage, or injury to property or persons, including death, whether arising in contract, negligence, equity, or otherwise.

You assume all risks when participating in MCPFP events. All participants must use care and good judgment and must obey all rules and regulations of MCPFP. You will comply with all requests made by employees and volunteers of MCPFP. You must obey all laws of the State of California. MCPFP reserves the right to eject any participant who does not comply with the terms of this section. Ejected participants will not be entitled to a refund or any further recourse.

You will defend, indemnify and hold harmless MCPFP and its organizers, directors, employees, volunteers, consultants, agents, affiliates for any and all legal actions arising out of participation in an MCPFP event. You further agree to pay all legal fees incurred by MCPFP that arise due to this agreement.

You give MCPFP authorization to use and post any photographs, videotapes, recordings or any other record of our events, including full names of any participants, before during or after the event to publish on our website. You will not be entitled to any compensation for MCPFP use of your name or image.

Refunds for any reason will be at the discretion of MCPFP

MCPFP reserves the right to exclude anyone from becoming an MCPFP participant should they choose not to accept this Agreement.
ABOUT MCPFP
With the loss of a Junior Prom in 2020, Senior Homecoming, and Senior Winter Formal the MC Parents for Prom (MCPFP) have decided our Seniors need a Prom. Diamonds and Moonlight presented by The MCPFP is a collective of Mt. Carmel High School Senior class parents who have the desire to give their MC Seniors and their Senior classmates a fun evening in hopes of creating fond memories in the closing days of their high school years.
